Zion Securities Corporation
Zions Securities Corporation is a subsidiary of the Deseret Management Corporation that manages property owned by the church. They manage major Corporate, Residential, and Retail spaces. ZSC currently owns and operates the ZCMI Center Mall, The Inn at Temple Square, Beneficial Life Tower, Eagle Gate Tower, Gateway Tower East, Gateway Tower West, and Social Hall Plaza. They also own many Residential apartment buildings including the Garden Apartments, West Temple Apartments, Deseret Apartments, and more.
