Mary Lucille Richards Durham is the second counselor in the Primary general presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was sustained during the April 2015 general conference. She had served as a member of the Primary general board since 2010.

Durham was born on March 15, 1954, in Portsmouth, Virginia, and raised in Minnesota (while her father was in medical school) and Utah. She and her husband, Mark P. Durham, are the parents of seven children. He was sustained as an Area Seventy in the same general conference she was sustained. She served with him when he presided over the Japan Tokyo North Mission from 2000 to 2003. She has also served as a stake Relief Society president, ward Young Women president, and gospel doctrine teacher.

With a scholarship, she studied dance at Brigham Young University and child development at the University of Utah.
