Mormon's practice their religion daily. Mormon's have daily, weekly and monthly practices. Some of the daily practices are, praying as a family at meal time blessing the food, daily family prayer while kneeling, daily family scripture study, daily personal scripture study, daily personal prayer. Some of the weekly practices include, weekly Family Home Evening, and weekly service projects when needed. Monthly practices include men, referred to as brothers, that visit and deliver a spiritual message to families they are assigned to, otherwise called HomeTeaching, and women, referred to as sisters, that do the same for other sisters in the ward.
