This city in the Central Valley is the county seat and largest city of Stanislaus County. California has about 735,000 Latter-day Saints in over 1,180 congregations. Other temples in the state are the Feather River, Fresno, Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Oakland, Redlands, Sacramento, San Diego and Yorba Linda temples.[1]
