Robin Ritch is a business executive who served in management of the Deseret News. She was president and publisher from April 2021 to February 2023. Prior to her appointment, she was senior vice president of operations. Ritch previously worked in leadership positions at Cisco, Intel, and Microsoft.

Keith B. McMullin, CEO of Deseret Management Corp., said, “Robin’s specialty is coming into an organization and enabling a pivot based on a market need; she has effectively done that at Deseret News.”[1]

Ritch was honored with the Josephine Zimmerman Pioneer award from the Society of Professional Journalists for elevating women and transforming the Deseret News to a national voice with the launch of the Deseret magazine.[2]

She holds an MBA degree in marketing from the University of Washington, Michael G. Foster School of Business. She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from Brigham Young University.
