Bonnie Lee Green Oscarson was sustained as the fourteenth Young Women’s general president at the April 2013 conference of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was released on March 31, 2018.
In 2015, Oscarson became the first woman to serve as a member of the Church's Missionary Executive Council.
She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Theo James and Jean Stringham Green. She lived much of her married life in St. Louis, Missouri, where her husband was raised, and also lived in Texas, New England, Sweden, and Salt Lake City, Utah.
