Augusto A. Lim served as a General Authority Seventy in the Second Quorum of the Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from June 6, 1992, to October 4, 1997.

Lim was born on May 4, 1934, in Santa Cruz, Marinduque, Philippines. He was converted to the Church in 1964 and was the first Filipino to be sustained as a General Authority. He has also served as branch president, stake president, president of the Philippines Naga Mission, and regional representative. He later served as president of the Manila Philippines Temple.

He and his wife, Myrna, were the parents of eight children. He practiced law prior to his full-time service as a General Authority.
