Carolyn Hamilton Klopfer is known for writing the lyrics to “Home Can Be a Heaven on Earth,” which was included in the 1985 Hymns of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her husband, W. Herbert Klopfer is the composer. She serves with him on the committee for the planned revised hymnbook announced in 2018.
She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
