Charles W. Dahlquist

Charles W. Dahlquist, II was born in Provo, Utah, to C. Winston and Afton Ahlander Dahlquist. He spent his childhood in Boise, Idaho. He received his juris doctorate from the University of Utah after finishing a bachelor's degree at Brigham Young University. He is an attorney and leader in civic and community organizations and is actively involved in community service. He is currently serving on the National BSA Executive Board. A recipient of the Silver Beaver Award, he has been involved in Scouting for most of his life.

Dahlquist has served as president of the Germany Hamburg Mission, full-time missionary in the Swiss Mission, stake president, counselor in a stake presidency, high councilor, president of a young single adult branch, and as a ward Young Men president. He served as the Young Men General President. He married Zella B. Darley. They have five daughters and seven grandchildren. They now live in Sandy, Utah.
