Donna Stringham Dewberry is a crafting television instructor and author. The Donna Dewberry Show began broadcasting on PBS in 2002. She has taught her One-Stroke Painting Technique on PBS, QVC, and through her DVDs as well as her books, including Donna Dewberry’s One-Stroke Painting Course, Donna Dewberry’s Essential One-Stroke Painting Reference, and Donna Dewberry’s All New Book of One-Stroke Painting. Certified instructors teach her technique in workshops throughout the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Japan.

She has penned numerous other books, including Quilting with Donna Dewberry, Painting Fabulous Flowers with Donna Dewberry, Fast and Fun Landscape Painting with Donna Dewberry, Decorative Murals with Donna Dewberry, Cards and Greetings, Painted Glass and Ceramics, and Donna’s Favorites. She is a columnist for magazines including Tole World, Painting magazine, and Decorative Artists Workbook.

Donna was born on November 6, 1953, in Fort Pierce, Florida. Handmade gifts were the norm in her family where she learned to sew and paint. She expanded her skills when she crafted homemade gifts to sell so she could stay home with her seven children.

One of Donna’s daughters passed away unexpectedly in 2000. Donna wrote the book I Believe in Angels in her honor. Donna has used her broadcasts to speak comfort to those who have also lost loved ones and assures them they will see their loved ones again. Donna is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
