Erin Chambers Mormon Actress

Erin Chambers is an American actress, best known for her work on soap operas. She played Siobhan McKenna Spencer on ABC’s General Hospital from 2010 to 2011. She joined the cast of The Young and the Restless in April 2013 as Melanie Daniels and left the cast in August 2013.

She has appeared in many guest roles in television shows such as Drake & Josh, Joan of Arcadia, Stargate: Atlantis, E.R., CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Ghost Whisperer, CSI: NY, Bones, Standoff, Without a Trace, Medium, Cold Case, Castle, NCIS: Los Angeles, and Scandal.

Chambers provided her voice for three Studio Ghibli movies, Whisper of the Heart, My Neighbors the Yamadas, and The Cat Returns. She voiced characters in Happy Feet and Alvin and the Chipmunks.

She starred in Heber Holiday, Tears of a King, The Singles 2nd Ward, The Errand of Angels, and Don’t Look Under the Bed, a Disney Channel original movie.

Chambers received her BFA in acting from Brigham Young University. She was born on September 24, 1979, in Portland, Oregon. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She married Carson McKay in 2002.
