Graham Watson Doxey was a General Authority of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served in the Second Quorum of the Seventy from April 6, 1991, to October 5, 1996, during which time he served as president of the Europe North Area and president of the Europe West Area. He also served as a bishop, stake president, president of the Missouri Independence Mission (1973–1976), and president of the Manti Utah Temple. As a young man he served in the Central Atlantic States Mission for two years.

Doxey was born on March 30, 1927, in Salt Lake City. He served in the US Navy from 1945 to 1946 and then studied at the University of Louisville for one year. He then graduated from the University of Utah and was president of Doxey-Layton Co., a real estate management firm.

He and his wife, Mary Lou, were the parents of twelve children. He passed away on October 13, 2013.
