H. Bryan Richards

Horace Bryan Richards served in the Second Quorum of the Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 1998 to 2006. Prior to his call as a General Authority, he presided over the England Manchester Mission from 1994 to 1997.

Richards was born on March 18, 1934, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He attended Brigham Young University, where he met his wife, LynnAnne. They were married in the Salt Lake Temple and became the parents of eight children. He worked as a benefits administrator for E-Systems Manufacturing, which manufactures airplane parts and navigation equipment.

He had served in a bishopric, stake presidency, stake president, and Regional Representative. As a young man he served a full-time mission to the Great Lakes Mission. Following his service as a General Authority Seventy, Elder Richards served as president and Sister Richards served as matron of the Bountiful Utah Temple from 2006 to 2009.

Richards died at his daughter's home on October 10, 2020.
