Jessika Jenson Mormon Athlete

Jessika Jenson is an American snowboarder from Rigby, Idaho. She joined the first-ever U.S. Snowboarding Team for Women’s Slopestyle in May 2012. During the 2014 Olympics in Sochi, Russia, she fell on the last jump of her second run and was not able to advance from the semifinals.

In February 2015, Jenson made it to her first winner’s podium with a second place win at the Ninth Snowboard Jamboree Festival in Quebec, part of the FIS Snowboard Freestyle World Cup tour.

Jenson was born on August 7, 1991, in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
