In addition to still photography, he is a cinematographer producing ad spots and image film for such clients as Eden Roc Hotel, Allure Brides, and Arbonne Perfume. He has provided art direction, photo design, and market strategy for clients.

Moe was raised in Orem, Utah, and moved to New York City where he worked as a model and earned his Bachelor of Fine Art degree in English literature and Fine Art from Columbia University. His first venture into modeling was when photographer Bruce Weber spotted him and asked to shoot him for an Italian fashion magazine. While modeling all over the world, Moe got to know great photographers and fashion designers. He has modeled for Calvin Klein, Gianni Versace, among others.

Moe and his wife, Marilee Jacobson Moe, appeared in a film produced by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, of which they are members. They are the parents of three children.
