June Williamson Mormon Author

June Williamson is a special education teacher and therapeutic recreation specialist in Utah County. She garnered regional attention in 2013 when her recently published cookbook, Thai Food Made Easy, landed her spots on Utah’s "Studio 5," "Good Things Utah," and "Daily Dish." That year she also taught Thai cooking at Thanksgiving Point Institute in Lehi, Utah.

Williamson is a native of Thailand and lived in Japan, Missouri, and South Carolina with her US Air Force father. She earned her bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation from Brigham Young University. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She and her husband are the parents of four children.
