Kazuhiko Yamashita is a General Authority Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was sustained as a member of the First Quorum of the Seventy on April 2, 2011. He was granted emeritus status on April 1, 2023, effective August 1, 2023.
He was born in September 1953, in Sumida, Japan, and grew up in Tokyo.
