Kee L. Miller is a production designer, set designer, set dresser, property master, and draftsman and worked on such films as Forever Strong (2008), Joseph Smith: Prophet of the Restoration (2005), Mobsters and Mormons (2005), Charly (2002), Brigham City (2001), Testaments: Of One Fold and One Shepherd (2000), The Long Road Home (1999), American Prophet: The Story of Joseph Smith (1999), Zion Canyon: Treasure of the Gods (1996), Hearst Castle: Building the Dream (1996), Unhook the Stars (1996), A Home of Our Own (1993), and The Mountain of the Lord (1993). He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Miller is an adjunct instructor in Media Arts at Brigham Young University. He earned a bachelor of fine arts degree in illustration from BYU in 2000. He has three children.
