Keith Stubbs

Keith Stubbs is a stand-up comedian, actor, radio personality, and businessman. He hosted two radio programs in Salt Lake City as well as Keith Stubbs Sports on ESPN 700. He and his wife, Noelle, own the WiseGuy’s comedy clubs in Utah.

Keith worked as a stockbroker before pursuing his career in comedy. He broke into comedy when he emceed a company event at which Sinbad’s manager was in the audience. He studied comedy improv at the Groundlings Theatre & School in Hollywood and began performing in 1991. He honed his craft at open-mic nights in Los Angeles and then spent time performing in clubs across the U.S. He has opened for comedians such as Jim Gaffigan, Joan Rivers, Joel McHale, Frank Caliendo, and Lewis Black. He has performed twice on A&E’s An Evening at the Improv. He appeared on Rob Schneider’s Netflix series Real Rob.

He was twice voted 'Best Comedian' by City Weekly, the Ogden Standard-Examiner named him 'Funniest Comic' and he was a semi-finalist in Comedy Central's Laugh Riots comedy competition.

Stubbs was born in 1960 in South Carolina, while his father served in the US Armed Forces. He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served as a full-time missionary in Ecuador. He attended Brigham Young University.
