Kristyn Crow Mormon Author

Kristyn Riley Crow is an author who is known for her rhyming picture books, especially her Zombelina books, Zombelina and Zombelina Dances the Nutcracker. She has also written Skeleton Cat, The Really Groovy Story of the Tortoise and the Hare, The Middle-Child Blues, Bedtime at the Swamp, Cool Daddy Rat, and Hello, Hippo! Goodbye, Bird!.

She was born in Southern California. She knew in Kindergarten that she wanted to be a writer and would make miniature books by stapling sheets of paper together and then write and illustrate on the pages. She took creative writing classes throughout high school and college.

She and her husband, Steve, are the parents of a blended family of seven children. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
