Kurt Francom

Kurt Francom is the executive director of Leading Saints, a digital resource of podcasts, articles, and conferences that help members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints fulfill their callings as lay leaders. Francom also serves as podcast host.

He is also an adjunct professor at Ensign College.

Francom holds a bachelor’s degree from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. He previously worked as Western Region Business Director for Young Living Essential Oils and as Director of Sales and Marketing for FiddlerStudios, which he owned with his business partner, Tevya Washburn who passed away in 2020. He and his wife, Alanna, are the parents of three children. He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and has served as a bishop, elders quorum president, counselor in a stake presidency, bishopric counselor, high priest group leader, executive secretary, and full-time missionary in the California Sacramento Mission (Spanish speaking).

He was raised in West Valley City, Utah. He graduated from Granger High School in 2000. He earned an associate degree from Utah Valley University in art and visual communications. He is also a caricature artist.
