LeGrand R. Curtis Sr. was a General Authority of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served in the Second Quorum of the Seventy from March 31, 1990 to September 30, 1995.
He was born on May 22, 1924, in Salt Lake City, Utah. His father served as a counselor to LeGrand Richards when Richards served as bishop of the Sugar House Ward—Curtis was named after him. Curtis studied at the University of Utah then joined the United States Army during World War II. He studied dentistry until the Army discontinued the training. Curtis then completed dental school at the University of Kansas City (now the University of Missouri at Kansas City). He then served in the United States Navy and was also an orthodontist.
