Leading Saints is a non-profit organization founded in 2010 that is not affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Its mission is to help individuals who serve in leadership positions in the Church better understand their roles, develop leadership skills, and be more effective in their callings. They provide resources, articles, podcasts, and events to help support and educate Latter-day Saint leaders in their various responsibilities. While not an official Church resource, it aims to help leaders grow personally and better serve their congregations in the context of Latter-day Saint beliefs and practices.
