Many members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will have an opportunity to be called to a position of leadership as they serve throughout their lives. Leading Saints is the home of podcasts, articles, and virtual conferences that help Latter-day Saints be prepared to lead. The leadership resources provided also help members of the Church lead at home and in other areas of their lives.

Leading Saints is a nonprofit organization founded in about 2012 by Kurt Francom. Francom also serves as executive director and podcast host.
