Lee Tom Perry is a business professor and has taught at both Purdue University and Brigham Young University. He holds a PhD in administration sciences from Yale University. He is a strategy professor at BYU.

Perry was appointed dean of the Marriott School of Business from 2013 to 2019 (the name was changed in 2017 from the Marriott School of Management). He served as associate dean of the Marriott School of Management at BYU from 2012 to 2013 and from 1998 to 2005.
