Margaret Norris Cook Blanchard was a charter member of the Female Relief Society of Nauvoo.

She was born on October 21, 1811 at Churchtown, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, to Stephen and Isabella Norris Cook. She married John Reid Blanchard in 1844 and they had four children.

She left Nauvoo with the Saints in 1848 and lived for a time in Pottawattamie County, Iowa. She came to Utah Territory by 1854 and lived in Box Elder County until she settled in Farmington, Davis County, in 1860.

She died at Clarkston, Cache County, on June 12, 1874.
