Mark A. Bragg was sustained as a General Authority Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on April 2, 2016. He had been serving as a member of the Fifth Quorum of the Seventy at the time of his call.

He was born on April 16, 1962, in Santa Monica, California. He joined the Church at the age of fourteen and served a full-time mission in the Mexico Monterrey Mission. After his mission concluded, he dated and married Yvonne King, the youngest daughter of his mission president. They are the parents of four children.

Bragg majored in marketing and Spanish at the University of Utah and completed executive education programs at UCLA, the University of Michigan, St. Mary’s University, and Pepperdine University. His career has been in the banking industry.

He has served as an Area Authority, stake president, bishop, ward mission leader, and counselor in a ward Young Men presidency.
