Her books include Teaching Your Children to Fly: A Guide to Independence, The Parenting Breakthrough, Strangling Your Husband Is Not an Option, Toss the Guilt and Catch the Joy, How Do I Change My Husband?, 52 Weeks of Fun Family Service, Standing Up in a Sit-Down World, and In Trying Times, Just Keep Trying. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and has written two Missionary-themed books Will My Child Be Ready: Missionary Prep for Moms and When I Am a Missionary.
