The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints owns and maintains a number of historic sites that are fun and educational to visit. Many are described in articles on this wiki.
The Visitors Center at Temple Square in Salt Lake City, Utah
- Historic Nauvoo — the "city beautiful" built by the Latter-day Saints after they were driven from Missouri and before they migrated to Utah. [1]
- Whitmer Farm — Where the Mormon Church was first organized.
- Palmyra, New York and the Smith Family Farm, where Joseph Smith lived when he received his First Vision.
- Sacred Grove — where Joseph Smith prayed to know which church he should join.
- Temple Square — home of the Salt Lake City Mormon Temple, Museum of Church History and Art, Salt Lake Tabernacle, Lion House, the Family History Library, and other sites. [2]
