A Quadruple Combination or Quad is term used by members of the Church to refer to a complete set of the Scriptures put together into one book. Scriptures are generally organized either in two separate books, one containing just the Bible, and the triple combination consisting of the Book of Mormon, Another Testament of Jesus Christ, The Doctrine and Covenants, and the Pearl of Great Price.
