Ryan K. Sager, a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, is the author of The World’s Greatest Chocolate-Covered Pork Chops. His daughter, Zoey Kate, was the inspiration for the main character of the book. According to his website, he is also a musician and his music has aired in hundreds of TV broadcasts throughout the world.
