Tara C. Allred is an award-winning author; her published works include Sanders’ Starfish, Un Authored Letters, and The Other Side of Quiet. She is a recipient of the Howey Awards for Best Adult Book and Best Adult Author and has been recognized as a California Scholar of the Arts for Creative Writing. She won a Whitney Award in general fiction and was a Kindle Book Award Literary finalist. She is also a winner of the Blot Writing Contest.
She helps other writers through the Other Side of Quiet online creative writing group.
Allred is also an educator and instructional designer. She lives in Utah with her husband. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
