The Tulsa Oklahoma Temple will be the state’s second temple. The Oklahoma City Oklahoma Temple was dedicated in 2000 and rededicated in 2019. Oklahoma, situated in the Great Plains of the United States, is home to more than 50,000 Latter-day Saints in about 90 congregations. The first meetinghouse in Oklahoma was constructed in 1892. Tulsa is in northeast Oklahoma and is the second-largest city in the state.[1]

Location

The Tulsa Oklahoma Temple is currently in the planning stages. No location has been announced by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
