Elder Arnulfo Valenzuela is a member of the First Quorum of the Seventy for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, whose members are often called Mormons.

He was born in Chihuahua, México, and is married to Silvia Pilar De Porras. They have three children and live in Querétaro, México. Elder Valenzuela has a bachelor’s degree in Administration from the University of Accounting and Administrative Studies in México City and a master’s degree in business administration degree from the American Institute of Business.
