Curt Holman is chair of the Department of Dance at Brigham Young University. He has served in various positions within the dance department, including artistic director for the Ballroom Dance Company.
Holman earned a bachelor's degree in communications and a master's in dance from BYU. He and his wife are former professional ballroom dance competitors, U.S. National Cabaret finalists, and invited competitors at the British Championships in Blackpool, England, as well as the World Championships in the Netherlands.
He is Dual Licentiate with Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance and is certified as a National and World class adjudicator with the National Dance Council of America (NDCA). He is an accomplished choreographer and his creative works have earned twelve U.S. National Cabaret titles. Three of his works have been invited to be presented at the British Exhibition Championships.
Holman is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
