Rachael Hutchings has lived in Paris, Tokyo, Yokohama, and in Tennessee and California. She has used those experiences, as well as her world travels, to create international cuisine for family dinner time. In her food blog "La Fuji Mama," she shares recipes and ideas on how to make cooking an “educational experience for the whole family.” She has also coauthored a cookbook, Peko Peko: Family Friendly Japanese Recipes.
Hutchings lives in Utah with her husband and children. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
