Coriantor is a character briefly mentioned in the Book of Mormon. He is known for being the father of Ether, the principle author of the Book of Ether. Coriantor spent the entirety of his life in captivity on account of his father, Moron, who was overthrown from his position as king of the Jaredites.[1]

He is noted in the genealogy of Ether listed in the first chapter of the Book of Ether as being an ancestor of Ether and the son Moron.[2]
